We offer ear piercing services for customers ages 8 and older. Customers ages 8–12 are eligible for first and second lobe piercings, while customers ages 13 and older can choose from approved lobe and select cartilage placements.

Customers under the statutory minimum age for receiving a body piercing without parental or guardian consent as established by applicable law (the “Statutory Minimum Age”) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the appointment and meet all identification and consent requirements.

After booking, we'll send everything you need to know before your appointment, including what to bring and how to prepare.

Next, your Piercer will walk you through a personalized consultation, help you choose your jewelry, and mark your placement for approval before performing your piercing with a sterile, single-use needle. Every initial piercing is completed with sterilized 14k solid gold threadless jewelry and an implant-grade titanium flat back.

Before you leave, your Piercer will review aftercare, answer any remaining questions, recommend aftercare products to support healing, and help you schedule your complimentary 4–6 week check-up.

You can receive up to four piercings during a single appointment, depending on your anatomy and the placements you'd like.

Your Piercer will help determine what's appropriate based on your ear anatomy, healing considerations, and overall piercing goals.

In many cases, yes. During your consultation, your Piercer will assess the area to determine whether it's suitable for re-piercing.

If the piercing has closed completely and the tissue has healed, re-piercing may be possible. If the area is still healing, irritated, or otherwise unsuitable, your Piercer may recommend waiting before proceeding.

Some tenderness, redness, swelling, and light crusting are completely normal during healing. These are all part of your body's natural healing process and should gradually improve over time.

We recommend scheduling your complimentary check-up 4–6 weeks after your piercing.

During your visit, your Piercer will assess how your piercing is healing, answer any questions, and determine whether it's time to downsize your jewelry. If your piercing needs more time, we'll recommend the next best step and continue supporting you throughout the healing process.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so as far in advance as possible using your booking confirmation or by contacting your local Mejuri store.

If you arrive more than five minutes late, we'll do our best to accommodate you based on studio availability. If we aren't able to, we'll help you reschedule for another time.
